Daniel Miska is a musician, sound director at the SWR Experimentalstudio and lecturer at the University of the Arts in Bern. He studied Audio Design and Composition with a minor in Jazz Piano at the University of the Arts in Bern, focusing on the relationship between human and machine and developing a distinctive instrumental practice. As a sound director, music producer and sound engineer, Daniel has collaborated with leading artists across jazz, pop, film and contemporary music, including Patricia Kopatchinskaja, Simon Steen-Andersen, Stefan Prins, Elena Mendoza, Aino Salto, NIKKO, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Michael Künstle, among others.
